Legal environment for business
This course aims to provide students with knowledge related to the nature of law in general, the characteristics of legal rules and their distinction from other rules prevalent in society, and to explain the nature of law in its specific sense (rules issued by the legislative authority). The course also aims to provide students with a general introduction to the legal aspects of e-commerce and commercial law, with a focus on Syrian company law, and to explain the nature, types, and characteristics of international contracts.
