This course explains the methods and means of marketing organizational services and industrial products in industrial and commercial business organizations, government institutions, and intermediaries. It covers organizational purchasing behavior, the dynamics of communication between buyer and seller, the formation of strategic alliances and networks, the design of industrial marketing strategies, the design and presentation of new industrial products and services, negotiation and presentation techniques, promotional and sales methods in industrial markets, and the role of the internet in industrial marketing.
