Organizational Behavior Engineering
This course aims to clarify the concept of organizational behavior for students and its relationship to behavioral sciences and management theories. It also aims to provide students with managerial knowledge related to the pillars of organizational behavior study, which are: perception, attitudes, values, human personality, learning, frustration, work stress, the behavior of work groups in their various forms, managerial leadership, human motivation and incentive, organizational culture, and organizational conflict, while clarifying the impact of these pillars on human behavior in the workplace.
