Fundamentals of Management - Engineering
This course introduces students to the administrative process and its characteristics, providing them with sufficient information about its components: planning and administrative decision-making, organizing, leading and directing, and controlling. Finally, the course gives students a concise overview of the basic functions of business organizations: production management, marketing, materials management, financial management, human resource management, and public relations management.
