Principles of Insurance
This course aims to introduce students to risk, its causes, types, and management policies. It also covers insurance, including its origins, development, types, insurance contracts, legal, technical, and fundamental rules, and how to calculate various premiums. Furthermore, the course introduces students to reinsurance, the different types of reinsurance agreements, and the difference between insurance participation and reinsurance.
