This course aims to introduce students to the nature of organizations, their theories, organizational structure, characteristics, components, specifications, functions, and their internal, social, economic, legal, and ethical responsibilities. It also aims to equip students with knowledge of the activities and functions that organizations perform to achieve their planned goals, as well as to identify the organizational environment, types, and internal systems. Furthermore, it seeks to explore the possibility of developing and transforming organizations to ensure their continued positive role in the lives of individuals and society.
