Legal environment for business
This course aims to provide students with knowledge related to the nature of law in general, the characteristics of legal rules and their distinction from other prevailing rules in society, and the specific definition of law (rules issued by the legislative authority). The course also provides students with a general overview of the legal aspects of e-commerce and commercial law, with a focus on Syrian company law, and explains the nature, types, and characteristics of international contracts.
