This course covers the fundamental concepts of public administration, its evolution, functions, characteristics, and objectives from both historical and modern perspectives. It aims to introduce students to bureaucratic management styles and governmental administrative organization, as well as knowledge, technology, and human resource management methods. Furthermore, it familiarizes them with the principles of total quality management, e-management, and communication, ultimately leading to the development of public policies and sound administrative decisions that serve the goals of the government and organizations, and the interests of individuals and the public.
