This course aims to introduce students to the theoretical, scientific, and applied concepts of production processes, the process by which inputs are transformed into outputs. It also aims to equip students with the skills to formulate policies, plan production and operations, design goods and services, and make decisions in production processes, starting from site selection, energy consumption, product types and technology selection, and maintenance.
